there's hope, but there's always a butWhy does Maypool sound familiar?
Maple, not Maypool. Honestly, people, is my ear that bad or do you speak oddly?
Root and her people-hacking. Nice when she's on our side, right?
Shaw's not in the truck. But there's evidence they patched her up. She must be alive.
On the second thought... those instruments look bloody scary.
On the third, though... if they had to remove a bullet lodged deep, maybe some ribs had to be sawed open.
Root implies head surgery... damn...
That mayor woman played so long, it doesn't look fake to anyone when she's forced by Root to smile... same face expression as before...
They'll have to scan Shaw by X-rays, ultrasound or something. Possibly shave her hair, or at least look through it as if for lice. And ditch her clothes. Like decontamination.
But if they planted a tracker during the surgery? In the bone?
BBBBLLLLOOOODDDYYY HHHHHHHHHELL. That's not Shaw.
Root's got a gray lock in her hair...
That's what Harold warned Root about. You can't hope to convince the Machine, and you certainly cannot hope to hear an explanation under the circumstances.
Root's leaving is absolutely understandable though. It's not she's abandoning the team, it's she's unable to give up.
Shaw's alive though. I dearly hope she holds on till a solution appears...
I wonder what Greer wants from her... aside of placing her in front of Samaritan's cameras and have him figure out why he can't identify her...
Greer's good at brainwashing, but then, it's Shaw. But then, it's Greer.
I do hope she holds on.
Go Team Machine.
